The upper part of the machine is an independent turbine classifier with a classification device and the crushing unit equipment composed of an impact hammer and a tooth plate at the lower part. The feeding method is divided according to the nature of the material. There are two types of feeding: upper feeding and lower feeding. The upper feeding raw materials enter the crushing chamber through the star valve through the inclined tube of the classification chamber. Shearing, friction, and collision between them, the crushed particles rise to the periphery of the classification wheel with the air flow to classify, and the coarse particles return to the crushing chamber to continue crushing with the action of gravity. Fine powder that meets the requirements of fineness is collected outside the exhaust pipe on the classifier. For materials with good fluidity and small specific gravity, it is introduced through the air inlet of the lower part of the crushing chamber and directly enters the crushing chamber, which can further improve the crushing effect.
